Contest Rules and Eligibility Eligibility: Age: Contestants must be between the ages of 18 and 35. Residence: Contestants must be residents of Philadelphia or Delaware. Social Media Presence: Contestants must have an active presence on at least one of the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Submission Requirements: Video Submission: Contestants must upload a 90-second video introducing themselves and showcasing the type of music they will be performing. YouTube Link: Contestants must upload their video to YouTube and provide the link in the designated area on the contest website. Music and Content Guidelines: Music: Entries may use royalty-free music, but may not use copyrighted materials unless it's a fair use parody. Content: Entries must be original work and not infringe on any copyrights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property. Entry Fee: Non-Refundable Fee: Contestants must pay a non-refundable online fee of $99 to participate in the contest. Contest Timeline: Contest Start Date: December 1, 2024 Phase 1: December 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025 (Top 10 Selection) Phase 2: February 1, 2025 - February 29, 2025 (Top 2 Selection) Phase 3: March 1, 2025 - March 31, 2025 (Winner Selection) Contest End Date: April 2025 Judging and Selection: Public Poll: A public poll will be conducted to judge the contestants and select the top artists for the first phase. Winner Selection: The contestants with the most votes will be selected to move on to the next phase of the contest. Selection and Notification of the Winner: Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the sponsor. Notification: The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the winner selection. Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By submitting an entry, contestants grant the sponsor the right to use their submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, and any other material provided in connection with the contest for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and other purposes without further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration. Terms and Conditions: The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the contest if non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the sponsor's control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest. Limitation of Liability: By participating in this contest, contestants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize. Disputes: Any disputes arising from or related to the contest shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without resorting to any form of class action. Contestants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
